Flat Bag Filter
Horizontally Installed Flat-bag Filter Elements

The filter housing is devided into crude gas and clean gas chamber by means of perforated plates. The flat-bag elements, each consisting of flat-bag and support cage, are precisely fixed in the housing.  

They are fitted in the holes in the perforated plate, secured without the use of screws and provide a perfect seals againts dust leaks.  

The crude gas flow through the textile filter material is from outside to inside and the particles are retained on the outside

Vertically Installed Flat-bag Filter Elements

The filter housing is devided into crude gas and clean gas chamber by means of perforated plates.  The flat-bag filter elements, each consisting of flat-bag and support cage, are mounted form the clean gas side. 

The flat-bag elements are precisely fitted in the housing.  They are fixed in the holes of the perforated plate, secured without the use of screws providing a perfect seal agains dust leaks.  The crude gas flow through the textile filter material is from outside to inside and the particles are retained on the outside.

 

The advantages of a flat-bag filter with horizontally installed filter elements can only partially be used in case of vertical installation of filter elements.

Product information
DOP HEPA  unit includes the plenum chamber, HEPA filter and diffuser. With characteristics of less investment and simple construction in the roof of transformation and foundation of new clean room, it can be used as the terminal HEPA filteration setting system to install.

Product feature
1.DOP HEPA unit adopts the gel mini-pleat HEPA filter with better sealing.
2.It can test HEPA filter’s leakage and check the airproofing status of  gasket, frame and glass fiber media. It is more convenient to  check leakage to HEPA filter of the aseptic workshop.
