Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC Filter
Sales & Marketing Dept I Location: Jabodetabek I 2023:02
Responsibilities:
- He/she holds full responsibility in achieving annual sales targets. Every sale shall be contributing good profit level with respect to the product sold
- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
- Having sounds technically understanding on identifying end-user’s machinery application and/or end-user requirements.
- Pursuing proactive customer visits to create opportunities and establish professional relationship with end customers Identify and develop distribution for designated products and markets, as appropriate.
- Provide adequate activity planning and reporting
- Observe trends on applications and new technologies in our target market
- Provide product or application training to customers or other sales channels
Technical Competence & Skills:
- Understanding of manufacturing process, excellent communication skills, strong technically sound understanding, and having sales drive mentality
- Good negotiation, influencing and follow up skills
- Good and communicative presentation skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
Responsibilities:
- Self-motivated and result orientated
- Self-starter and able to work under minimum supervision
- Eager to learn, quick understanding
- Potential leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant applications (either filtration or general industry)
- Diploma degree or above in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, food science or equivalent. Vocational High School with at least 3-years sales experience in filtration industry are also welcome.
- Proven track record of sales
- Experience in a technical sales role or appreciation of technical products in a commercial environment selling into the process industries.
