Pass Box
Pass Box is a closed steel box with a double door used for transferring the material from nonsterile door to sterile door inside the clean room. People uses Air showers to pass through into the clean room where material uses pass boxes to get into the clean room. Pass through box is clean room equipment designed in two categories one is a static pass box and the other is a dynamic pass box. Pass boxes provide a controlled environment to the clean room from airborne cross-contamination for a better research environment.
Generally, Pass box is divided into 2 types :
- 1.Static Pass box
- 2.Dynamic Pass box / With air shower
Satic Pass Box
Static pass box is a kind of assistant equipment for cleaning the room. It is mainly used to pass small items between a clean room and a dirty room or two clean rooms. Due to the interlocking system, it can reduce cross-pollution.It has the function of air valve to prevent high pressure to leak in the clean room.

Dynamic Passbox / with Air Shower
Pass pox with air shower is devised on the basis of the air shower. It keeps the wind spray in 20m/s speed through the stainless steel nozzle after HEPA filter. It’s very significant effect in the filtrate and strong to use.

Air Shower
The biggest contaminant in cleanroom is the fine particles attached to clothing, footwear and materials. Air shower help to remove such fine particles by using airjet to blow at cleanroom clothing and material before entering a cleanroom.
